These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Agentico platform, tools, and services. By signing up, you agree to these terms in full.

1. The Service

Agentico provides members with a complete AI agency framework including pre-built AI service products, sales materials, white-label infrastructure, client deployment tools, a deal/partner network, and ongoing support. Access is subscription-based at €279/month.

2. Membership & Billing

• Your membership is billed monthly and renews automatically.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period unless you qualify under the guarantee below.
• Upon cancellation, you lose access to all platform tools, agents, dashboards, the deal network, and partner earnings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Agentico's resources exclusively for legal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account access. You may not use Agentico's white-label materials to misrepresent services you cannot deliver.

4. The €2,000 MRR Guarantee — Full Rules

4.1 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must demonstrate all of the following:

• Active outreach: A minimum of 2–3 hours per day actively engaged in client conversations, outbound outreach, or lead generation activities. Documented proof (call logs, email threads, CRM activity, or partner program referral records) must be provided.
• Service deployment: You must have deployed at least one AI service product to at least one trial or paying client within the first 60 days.
• Launch sprint completion: You must have completed the full 7-day launch sprint provided in the platform.
• Partner program usage: If you are not doing direct outreach, you must have actively used the Agentico partner/referral program to generate inbound leads — with verifiable activity.
• Outreach templates used: You must have used the provided sales scripts and outreach templates in at least 20 documented prospect conversations.

4.2 What Disqualifies the Guarantee

• Inactivity — sitting and doing nothing does not qualify for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed.
• Less than 2 hours of daily client-facing activity on average over the 6-month period.
• Failure to deploy any service product.
• Requesting a refund after 6 months and 30 days from sign-up date.
• Providing false or unverifiable activity documentation.

4.3 How to Claim

Send an email to info@agentico.cc with the subject line "Guarantee Claim" within 6 months and 30 days of your sign-up date. Include your activity documentation. Claims are reviewed within 10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All Agentico templates, agents, scripts, and materials are licensed to you for use within your own agency. You may white-label them under your own brand but may not resell them as standalone products or share them outside your business.

6. Limitation of Liability

Agentico provides tools and frameworks based on proven systems, but cannot guarantee specific results for every member. Individual outcomes depend on effort, market conditions, and execution. Agentico's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice sent to your registered email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
